From November 18th to 19th, the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) successfully held the Asia Pacific Conference themed on Elevate: Asia Pacific in Hong Kong. As the first regional brand conference after AACSB upgrade, this grand event brought together hundreds of representatives from business education institutions across the Asia Pacific region and around the world. Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on core topics such as artificial intelligence, educational innovation, quality assurance, and sustainable development. The International Accreditation and Quality Improvement Office of HHBS was invited to attend the conference, joining other representatives in exploring cutting-edge trends and development pathways in business education.
The conference, centered on the theme of Problem-Solving-Application, facilitated knowledge sharing and practical experience exchange through keynote speeches, parallel forums, and other formats. Lily Bi, President and CEO of AACSB, attended the event and engaged in extensive discussions with the participants. She shared AACSB's strategic vision in the global landscape and conveyed forward-thinking ideas and collaborative opportunities to business schools in the Asia-Pacific region.
This participation has laid a solid foundation for our school to broaden the international perspective and connect with global resources. Seizing this opportunity, HHBS will intensify efforts to achieve AACSB accreditation, using the accreditation process as a catalyst for continuous improvement, thereby enhancing its internationalization level and core competitiveness.
